Informal Online Consultation Meeting – European Airsoft Federation

The European Airsoft Federation will hold an informal online consultation meeting on 15 December 2025, 19:30–21:00 CET. The meeting will take place via Microsoft Teams; a link will be distributed to all invited organisations.

The purpose of this session is to provide a structured moment for information exchange ahead of the inaugural Congress in February 2026. The meeting is consultative only: no formal decisions will be taken and no votes will be held.

The Board will give short updates on:

the current membership status (12 members) and ongoing admission discussions,
the upcoming changes in Board composition at Congress,
the Dutch Governance Law (WBTR) and the accompanying EAF Governance Protocol,
the preparation of Congress, including the three proposed working groups.

Member and prospective member organisations will have an opportunity to raise questions or share brief remarks in an organised round.
