Date Confirmed for the First EAF Congress

The first Congress of the European Airsoft Federation will take place on:

Friday, 21 February 2026
10:00 – 16:00 hrs
National Airsoft Centrum (NABV Headquarters)
Tielerweg 9, 4191 NB Geldermalsen, The Netherlands

This date was chosen based on feedback from member organisations.
November proved too soon, while May was considered too far away. February offers a practical and workable timeframe for all members.

The official invitation will include:

• Recommended hotels near the venue
• A provisional agenda
• Practical details on delegates and replacements

Main themes of the Congress include:

• EAF structure, communication, and cooperation
• European tournaments and events for 2026 and beyond
• Board elections

As previously announced, Bas Mooren and Evert-Jan Wind will step down from the Board during this Congress. Several candidates have already expressed interest and will be interviewed via videoconference by Alex Leenders ahead of the meeting.
