Inaugural Congress 2026

Location: National Airsoft Centrum (NABV Headquarters), Tielerweg 9, 4191 PN Geldermalsen, The Netherlands
The inaugural Congress will establish the formal governance structure of the European Airsoft Federation and transfer authority from the founding Board to an internationally elected Board.
Objectives
- confirm the organisational framework of the EAF
- elect the new Board
- establish working groups for 2026
- discuss the European competition calendar for 2026–2027
- define cooperation, communication and committee structures
- enable members to exchange information directly
Participation
Each full member federation may appoint one official delegate with voting rights. Delegations can be up to 2 people, but registration is required.
Agenda
The detailed agenda will be circulated in January 2026.
Items will include governance, elections, membership matters, committees, competition coordination and operational planning for 2026.
Preparatory Meeting – December 2025
An informal online meeting will take place in December 2025.
Its purpose is to address questions and remove ambiguities ahead of the Congress.
This meeting is non-decision-making and open only to admitted member federations.
